Located on the north and south sides of 14th Avenue, bordered by Markham Road to the west and just east of 9th Line to the east, Legacy - Rouge Fairways - Box Grove is just seconds away from Highway 407, minutes away from Markham's Markville Shopping Centre and Scarborough Town Centre.  Prior to the development of this natural site, part of the Legacy was the IBM Golf Course.  This site has evolved into a breath-taking enclave of affordable luxury properties, a 9-hole golf course, other 18-hole golf courses and protected parkland.
