You Can View 4 or More Properties In One Afternoon!

Our Sunday Tour of Properties is a quick and easy way to preview several properties with in a short time,  without any pressure or hassle.  also, the Tour is an extremely efficient way to get an overview of the type properties and features that are available in your price range.

Here's how it works:  Many Sundays, we conduct one or two tours of four or more properties.  Our tours are scheduled between 1:00 and 4:00 pm.  You have the opportunity to meet us at any property on our tour.  Please feel free to drive by the properties before their scheduled tour times; however, once the tour starts, show times are exact, so you must be on time to preview the property(s).  Also, there will be a number of other buyers on the tour.

Our Sunday Tour is Very, Very Different from a Traditional Open House

Traditional open houses are many times uncomfortable for both buyers and sellers because, quite often, you have a hovering agent watching your every move.  More importantly, traditional open houses are NOT very effective at selling properties.  In fact, according to industry statistics, less than 1% of properties are sold as a result of a traditional open house.  That's one of the reasons why we refrain from doing them.  Click for more on traditional open houses.

In contrast, our well-organized and efficient Sunday Tours are much more convenient and productive for both buyers and sellers. We have found that most buyers can determine within a very short time-frame whether or not they're interested in a property they've previewed.

When you see a property that is of interest to you on our tour, a second private showing can easily be scheduled for you (often later in the same day).  See you there!
